At Mantaray Island the coconuts are plentiful and in season, so are guavas, pineapples, mangoes and other fresh fruits. Everyday you can have your fill of the most succulent seafood, including crayfish and local fish, which are caught daily from nearby waters. We do not hesitate in serving you a colourful abundance of the tastiest and freshest traditional Fijian dishes and European cuisine.

Friday night is reason to celebrate as our Chef prepares a traditional lovo, an underground barbecue in which an entire feast is cooked over hot rocks while buried in earth. While sampling the feast which emerges from the lovo pit is a most enjoyable experience, the preparation is equally tantalising.
