After a busy day swimming, snorkelling, diving, vollyballing or simply relaxing, ease your way into the evenings festivities with a refreshing tropical happy cocktail. After dinner the tables are cleared and the fun begins.  Crab racing, limbo competitions, cultural entertainment and beach parties are just some of the fun you can expect at Mantaray.

Sunset cruise

Join us aboard 'Rogue" for a sunset cruise. Enjoy a cold fiji bitter or a refreshing cocktail from the comfort of the boat or cool off in one of our make shift "South Pacific bar stools"

Fiji Night

Each Friday our Executive Chef prepares a traditional Fijian lovo or ground oven feast. After another sumptuous meal the village Meke group perform traditional Fijian song and dance before turning from performer to teacher and getting you on your feet.

Polynesian Night

Sunday and Wednesday nights are Polynesian nights - be wowed as our entertainers take your breath away through flaming batons in to the air balancing fire sticks on their feet or even resting them on their tongues! The staff dance troop perform a range of traditional dances from across the Polynesian region including Rotuma, Tonga, Samoa and the eastern islands of Fiji.
